Eat Electric Food

Electric Foods

My Food Philosophy:

The food today is killing us and the only people who are benefiting from this are the pharmaceutical companies. Illnesses such as high blood pressure, stroke, cancer and diabetes have become hereditary fixtures. Although some illnesses are not genetically inherited, what makes them hereditary is the lack of effort in breaking the cycle. You don’t have to purchase pills, shakes, or join weight loss groups in order to get healthy. All it takes is knowledge and commitment. In order to successfully change your diet, you must adopt a healthy lifestyle. One component of your newly adopted lifestyle is eating clean electric food.

Acidic food cause mucus build up in the body that leads to the development of illnesses. Electric foods are non-acidic plant-based foods. These foods alkalize the body eliminating the mucus that causes illness. The following is a list of electric food you should incorporate into your diet.
